1. Collection of Information - Bargainsandfun.com will not collect information about our users accept where is required for the operation of our site. Information collected on the registration page is used by us for the purposes of maintaining a user account and shipping of won items to a user. Cookies that are placed on your computer during your visit to our site are there only to keep you logged into the site or to keep your language correct. We do not gather information from “cookies” or from your computer in any way shape or form. We do through the use of our software track the IP address of all visitors and users on this site. This allows us to track our users while they are on our site ONLY. Should a problem arise as the result of someone hacking into our system all information obtained through these methods will be given to the proper authorities. 2. Use of Information - Bargainsandfun.com will only use your information and the information obtained under section 1 above for the purposes of fulfilling their obligations to you. These obligations include, allowing your login to our site, allowing your bidding on our site, allowing you to make purchases from our site, and the delivery of product purchased from our site.
3. Sharing of Information - Simply put – I’m not 4 and don’t need to learn to share. We will not in any way shape or form share your information with any other party with the exception of law enforcement. In the event that law enforcement requires your information we will under now circumstances release it without a legal warrant in the state of Pennsylvania. We will not under any circumstances sell your information to any third parties. In the event that unauthorized access to our system is attempted by any means we will use any an all means necessary to protect our system and our users. This means that your information may be provided to your ISP, Law Enforcement, Point of Access Providers as deemed necessary to eliminate the threat to our network. We will use all means necessary to locate any access provider that may be allowing you access to our network/computer/website. Un-Authorized access is described in the Terms of Use of our site. If you receive a notice from us stating that you are banned from our service and further attempt to use our site in any way it will be considered UNAUTHORIZED.
4. Removal of your Information - In the event you decide to close your account we will be more than happy to remove all personally identifiable information. In the event you have not purchased anything from us (including bids) your information will be removed from all of our online systems within 5 business days. In the event you have made a purchase of any kind from us your information must be stored for 7 years (off-line) however your online information will be removed from our systems. As our systems are backed up regularly we cannot guarantee that all information will be removed. We agree that it will be removed from all current and functional on-line systems.
5. Auditing Of Site - We may from time to time have audits conducted on our sites by outside sources. These audits are to protect not only Bargainsandfun.com from user fraud and invalid activity but also to help protect our users and ensure that our site is operating legitimately
