Due to some concerns over people not being able to bid when they had bid on an auction that was a few days away we have changed the way our limits enforcement operates.
What has changed - Previously you could only bid on auctions UP TO your win limit. This meant that if you had 2 auctions you were bidding on you could not bid on any additional auctions until you lost one of those auctions. If you had 1 win and were bidding on another auction you could not bid on another auction until you lost the current one. Or if you had 2 wins you could not bid on an auction until it came closer.
NOW - we have made it so that if you bid on an auction that is more than 24 hours away from closing, it will not block you from bidding on auctions that are ending today. However if you bid on auctions that are closing sooner, or are already at your win limit you will still not be able to bid on auctions that are more than 24 hours away. Basically it will keep you within your limits without putting you over (hopefully)
BUT - There is one thing you will need to watch out for. If you bid on an auction that ends 1 day and 10 minutes from now, have 1 win already (or a bid on another auction) and are actively bidding on an auction. If that auction that has 1 day and 10 minutes falls below the 24 hour mark you will be blocked from bidding on any auctions until 1 of the 3 ends. This may cost you bids or a win, and we will not refund bids lost in this manner.
