We are currently Experiancing some lag issues with some customers. Problems that have been encountered include bids not crediting when purchased and the high bidder on the auction page not being correct. We are in the process of setting up new hosting and plan to be moving our site to that host very soon.
What to do:
If bids don't credit when purchased - please just e-mail us and we will credit them to you manually
If you are bidding on an auction please use the bid history on the right side of the page. This is delayed by a second or two but is constantly updated even when the high bidder box at the top is not.
We appologize for the issue and hope to have it resolved very soon!
UPDATED 8/17/2010: We have been on our new server for a few weeks now and all of the lag issues that we were having seem to have been resolved. We have also recently changed the server software to make things faster YET AGAIN. If you have any issues PLEASE let us know!
